ZPCS gets US$100K WestProp boost

THE Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Service (ZPCS) has received a major boost for its incoming-generating projects after receiving a US$100 000 donation for the establishment of a popcorn making plant.

The donation from WestProp Holdings was part of the support the ZPCS received during the 2025 Commissioner-General’s Good Will Trust Fund Golf Fundraising Tournament.

In a statement, ZPCS commissioner-general Moses Chihobvu said the contributions would directly benefit orphans, children of deceased correctional officers and vulnerable community members, supporting their educational and welfare needs.
