Zinara disburses ZiG6,1bn for road works

THE Zimbabwe National Road Administration (Zinara) says it has disbursed ZiG6,1 billion for roadworks across the country, a move that is directly funding critical infrastructure projects like the ongoing dualisation of the Harare-Mazowe Road.

Zinara board chairperson George Manyaya said funding for the national road rehabilitation drive will continue.

“So far, we have disbursed ZiG6,1 billion for road works across the country, and funds are still there for works to continue as we move ahead
to fulfil our mandate,” Manyaya told NewsDay.
