Zimbabweans should thank Zuma — MDC-T

Zimbabweans should be grateful to South African President Jacob Zuma for ensuring the country enjoys political and economic stability through his mediation efforts, MDC-T secretary-general Tendai Biti has said.

Interviewed after addressing a rally in Mabvuku, Biti, who is also Finance minister, said Zuma was critical in stabilising Zimbabwe’s political and economic atmosphere.

“Our key message was to thank President Zuma on what he has done for this country like ensuring there is no violence in the next election,” said Biti.
