Zanu PF speaks on ED’s health

PRESIDENT Emmerson Mnangagwa is still in command and in good health to lead the country despite calls by his critics to step aside because of alleged incapacitation, Zanu PF spokesperson Christopher Mutsvangwa has said.

The ruling Zanu PF party is torn apart over a controversial move by Mnangagwa’s loyalists to have his term of office extended by two years from 2028 to 2030.

Mnangagwa has repeatedly said he does not intend to stay on beyond 2028.
