Zanu PF faces eviction

Zanu PF and other non-paying tenants could be kicked out of Harare City Council properties they are leasing for reportedly failing to pay rentals, council has said.

Mayor Muchadeyi Masunda said: “The honeymoon is now over for all those tenants who have been leasing council premises and even subletting them at extortionate rentals. Among the many tenants whose rentals are up for an upward review is Zanu PF Harare province in respect of their occupation of council premises situated at Jason Moyo Avenue/4th Street.”
