Zanu PF chefs face SA arrest

Six Zanu PF Cabinet ministers, service chiefs and top government officials implicated in the 2008 human rights violations face prosecution following a South African court ruling yesterday compelling President Jacob Zuma’s government to investigate the matter.

The landmark ruling handed down by Judge Hans Fabricius of North Gauteng High Court in South Africa, compels South Africa to probe alleged atrocities in Zimbabwe under statutes of the International Criminal Court (ICC) of which South Africa is a signatory.

The exact identity of the ministers and security officials has not been made public.
