Warren Park businessman intoxicates, rapes cousin 

A 33-year-old Warren Park businessman has appeared at the Harare Magistrates Court facing rape allegations after he allegedly intoxicated his cousin with beer before raping her.

Magistrate Marehwanazvo Gofa remanded him in custody, and advised him to apply for bail at the High Court.

The State alleges that the incident happened inside the accused’s car on September 4 this year.
