The return of Chimurenga exponent Mteki

CHIMURENGA music exponent Bryn Taurai Mteki, popularly known as Sekuru Tau at the peak of his music career, announced his return to the stage after a long hiatus with the launch of his ninth album at Dandaro Inn on Wednesday night.

Mteki’s last album, Tsuro Magen’a, was released in 2007 after which he left for Germany, where he has been based for the last 14 years.

“I have been in Germany for the past 14 years, but to tell you the truth, I can’t stay there forever.
