Suspected rapist bribes victim

NKAYI — A 27-year-old man from Seshanke area in Nkayi yesterday appeared before the courts for allegedly raping his 13-year-old niece before bribing her with two packets of biscuits and $5.

The man, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the minor, appeared before Nkayi magistrate Ndumo Masuku to answer to a charge of rape.
