Stanbic doubles funding for cancer patients

Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe has doubled its annual contribution to the Cancer Association of Zimbabwe (CAZ) to US$50 000 to help patients access chemotherapy treatment.

The contribution, increased from US$25 000 in 2025, strengthens a partnership spanning more than a decade and supports efforts to ease the financial burden of cancer treatment on patients and their families.

Stanbic Bank head of brand and marketing, Tariro Memo, said the bank’s continued support reflected its commitment to improving access to cancer care through corporate social investment initiatives.
