Stage set for Castle Tankard

THE stage is set for this year’s Castle Tankard race with 16 horses confirmed to battle it out for the US$50 000, which is up for grabs on May 10. 

Kundai Mawema, Castle Lager marketing manager, stood confidently at the podium, surveying the crowd gathered for the 2025 Castle Tankard final acceptance event at the iconic horse racing venue, Borrowdale Race Course,  in Harare yesterday. 

“A very good afternoon to you all,” she began, her voice warm and engaging.
