Soul Afrika’s prolonged success story

LOCAL Afro Pop duo of Takura Shonhai and Tatenda Mathe has been nominated for the Secular Artiste of the Year award in the inaugural Zimbabwe Youth Achievers Award (ZYAA) to be held in Dallas Texas, United States next Wednesday.
The ensemble, popularly known as Soul Afrika, has continued on a high note after four nominations in different awards and recently bagging the Best Afro Pop award in the Midlands Music Awards last month.
In an interview with NewsDay, vocalist and songwriter Shonhai confirmed the development and said it was a dream come true for them.
