Son wins maintenance suit
NewsDay Staff ·

A 21-year-old Bulawayo man has won a court order compelling his father, a policeman at Fairbridge Police Camp, to pay him $70 in monthly maintenance fees.
Initially, Terrence was demanding $90 per month from his father Admore Mahla after he took him to court for refusing to pay his tertiary education fees.
The policeman’s official rank was not given in court papers although it was disclosed that Terrence was indeed his son from a previous marriage.
