Seed Co named Employer of the Year

INDUSTRIAL Psychology Consultants (Pvt) Ltd(IPC)  has awarded Seed Co the best employee award for the year ended 2013.

Seed Co was selected through a survey which was conducted by the IPC to establish employee engagement in Zimbabwe for the public and private sectors.

The idea was to demonstrate how employee engagement affects organisational productivity.
