The deteriorating political situation in Zimbabwe will hog the limelight at the Sadc Organ on Politics, Defence and Security Troika summit which begins today in Livingstone, Zambia.
Sadc leaders are widely expected to crack the whip on President Robert Mugabe for clamping on political dissent.
The Madagascar crisis will also be high on the agenda.
