SA A humble Zim A
NewsDay Staff ·

Sikandar Raza and skipper Tino Mawoyo both scored half centuries but they were not enough as South Africa A beat Zimbabwe A by two wickets in a Triangular Series One-Day cricket match at Harare Sports Club yesterday.
Mawoyo (52) scored his second consecutive century of the series while Raza fired an entertaining 81 as the hosts set a modest 242 for six in their allotted 50 overs after South Africa A had won the toss and elected to field.
Inspired by a spirited 89 off 115 balls by Collin Ingram and a blistering 40 off 25 balls by hard-hitting tail ender Rory Kleinveldt, the South Africans comfortably reached the target four overs to spare.
