Silas Nkala ·

Beitbridge prosecutor Muchiwande Forbes Sithole, who is facing charges of kidnapping three men he had accused of stealing from his house, will appear for his defence next month.

Sithole (35), who is represented by Lizwe Jamela, pleaded not guilty to attempted murder, two counts of assault and one count of kidnapping when he appeared before Masvingo magistrate, Collet Ncube sitting at the Beitbridge Court last Friday.

Yesterday, Jamela said the State last week closed its case and the matter will back in court on May 3 for Sithole’s defence.
