Presidential amnesty beneficiary arrested three times

A CHEEKY Harare thief, who benefited from a presidential amnesty in December last year has been arrested three times for separate cases. 

Emmanuel Chinembiri (39) appeared before a Harare magistrate facing theft of an iPhone Pro Max 15 valued at US$1 650.  

Chinembiri was released under amnesty in December and, within a week, was arrested for another theft, to which he pleaded guilty before a Mbare magistrate.
