Parly speaker Mudenda dismisses question on Masimirembwa
NewsDay Staff ·
SPEAKER of the House of Assembly Jacob Mudenda on Wednesday blocked Mabvuku-Tafara MP James Maridadi (MDC-T) from asking the Ministry of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs why it was taking long to act on President Robert Mugabe’s recent exposé on corrupt officials.
REPORT BY SENIOR PARLIAMENTARY REPORTER
Mudenda ruled Maridadi’s question out of order, saying the MDC-T MP had presented his query as a supplementary question to a different question altogether.
