Opposition MPs heckle Mugabe
Xolisani Ncube ·

President Robert Mugabe was yesterday heckled in Parliament by opposition MPs, who were not amused by his State of the Nation Address, after failing to give one for the past eight years.
Mugabe is set to be summoned back to Parliament to respond to questions raised, after MPs described his State of the Nation Address as a “non-event and meaningless”.
In his address, Mugabe highlighted plans and promises that his Zanu PF government will implement to alleviate the suffering of millions of people affected by the worsening economic crisis.
