Mutizwa draws on Delta success to pen corporate leadership book

Good workmanship at Zimbabwe’s largest beverage maker Delta Corporation motivated management consultancy specialist Joe Mutizwa to pen a book aimed at helping business leaders turn strategies into tangible results.

Titled “The Trinity of Superior Execution,” the book is Mutizwa’s tenth publication and offers insights into strategy, leadership and execution, with a focus on helping organisations bridge the gap between planning and implementation.

The book was launched at the fifth edition of the Ideas Festival, currently underway at Troutbeck Resort in Nyanga, where this year’s theme, “Beyond the Idea: Execution, Capital and Scale”, aligns with its central message.
