Mutapa secures US$100m to restart Darwendale platinum project

Mutapa Platinum Group has secured a US$100 million financing facility to restart the Darwendale platinum project.

According to Mutapa Platinum Group, the project holds an estimated 44 million ounces of platinum group metals (PGMs).

Mutapa Platinum Group said initial operations would have the capacity to process 600,000 tonnes of ore annually before expanding to 1.
