Mugabe family pleads for prayers

The Mugabe family yesterday pleaded with the nation to pray for President Robert Mugabe’s ailing sister — Bridget — who has been unconscious for over a year at a government hospital.

Bridget collapsed at the National Heroes’ Acre during the burial of her elder sister Sabina in August last year.

Her nephew, Leo Mugabe, yesterday said there was no change in her condition, adding: “She now needs prayers from everyone, even from you (reporters).
