Mpofu eyes Bosso post
NewsDay Staff ·

THE chairman of the Harare chapter of the Highlanders’ Supporters Association, Mgcini Sibhalo Mpofu, has confirmed his intention to contest the Premiership football club’s vice-chairman post during elections that will be held on February 3.
Mpofu, a businessman based in the capital, yesterday told NewsDay Sport that the push for him to enter the race had come from fellow Bosso supporters and members who felt he could do more for the club at a higher level.
The position of vice-chairman falls vacant following the expiry of the term of incumbent Sikhanyiso Moyo, who has indicated that he will not be seeking re-election.
