MP Masaiti property attached

NewsDay Staff ·

Dzivarasekwa MP Evelyn Masaiti was on Friday reportedly reduced to tears after the Messenger of Court attached household furniture and two motor vehicles over a $6 700 debt she allegedly owed a Kwekwe lawyer.

The property was attached at Masaiti’s Harare home in Eastlea.

The attachment follows the MDC-T MP’s failure to pay her lawyer, Tapera Sengweni, for services rendered.
