Mapeza maintains cool in final push
Terry Madyauta ·
FC PLATINUM gaffer Norman Mapeza has warned his players against easing off as they have the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League title in sight ahead of the last four matches of the season.
The platinum miners are in fine fettle as they lead with seven points at the summit of the log standings following their 1-0 win over Nichrut at the weekend which stretched their advantage over title rivals Ngezi Platinum Stars.
Mapeza’s side can win the title today if they win their match against Chicken Inn at Mandava Stadium, but only if Ngezi lose to Harare City in a match that is set for Rufaro Stadium.
