Man loses $3 000 to hookers

A 21-YEAR-OLD sex worker appeared at the Harare Magistrates’ Court for allegedly robbing her client of $2 800 following a wrangle over service fees.

Annie Farai, of Lido Court, Avenues in Harare, was not asked to plead when she appeared before magistrate, Rumbidzai Mugwagwa, who granted her $50 bail and remanded the matter to December 19 for trial.

The State alleges that on November 21 this year, Farai and her two alleged accomplices, who are still at large, approached the complainant, who was driving along Central Avenue, and asked him to have a “quickie” for $10.
