Man jumps off Kariba boat, body recovered 2O hours later

THE Zimbabwe Republic Police Sub-Aqua Unit has recovered the body of Albert Simbarashe Muchenga, who reportedly jumped off a Silverstone boat and dived into Lake Kariba on Tuesday.

The Sub-Aqua Unit said the body was retrieved this Wednesday from a depth of about 25 metres at Musamba Fishing Camp in Nyaminyami Ward 3.

Muchenga  reportedly dived into the lake after the boat, travelling from Kariba to Chalala, had temporarily docked at the fishing camp to offload cargo and passengers.
