Man jailed 13 years for raping sister (14), blames evil spirits

A 26-YEAR-OLD Hwange man, who raped his 14-year-old sister at their family home early this month, blamed evil spirits for leading him to commit the offence.
The rapist made the claim during mitigation last Thursday before regional magistrate, Dambudzo Malunga slapped him with an effective 13-year jail term.
“I just saw a vision in front of me, telling me to have sex with the complainant,” he told the court.
