Man (65) partners nephew, rapes girl (15)

A 65-YEAR-OLD Chitungwiza man, who together with his 18-year-old nephew allegedly raped the latter’s 15-year old girlfriend, on Wednesday appeared at the Chitungwiza Magistrates’ Court charged with rape.

Jimmy Nyakabao Moyosvii (65) and Jonah Karonzva (18), of house number 10103 Unit H in Seke, were remanded in custody to Tuesday next week when they appeared before Chitungwiza regional magistrate Estere Chivasa.

Allegations against the two men are that on Friday last week, at around 7pm, Moyosvii visited the victim at her place of residence and requested her to accompany him to his house, to which the minor agreed.
