Mafume pledges Harare, UCAZ support for hailstorm-hit Masvingo

The Urban Councils Association of Zimbabwe (UCAZ) is mobilising support to victims of a severe hailstorm Masvingo hailstorm that struck Masvingo province on Monday.

Harare mayor Jacob Mafume who also serves as the president of UCAZ called upon various entities, individuals, and churches to join hands in the rebuilding of the town as they seek to restore all services to the residents of Masvingo.

In a statement on behalf of UCAZ and Harare City Council, Mafume noted with shock and dismay the sad news of the devastating hailstorm.
