Lone elephant tramples Kariba fisherman to death

KARIBA, May 11 (NewsDayLive) -A fisherman was trampled to death by an elephant on Saturday night while walking from ARDA Fishing Camp to Gache-Gache Fishing Camp near Lake Kariba. 

The deceased was identified as Never Kahondo.

According to a local resident, Luke Timire, the fisherman was just a few metres away from the Gache-Gache Fishing Camp when the elephant charged towards him.
