India gets tough on terrorism
NewsDay Staff ·

IN a move that is set to decisively deal with terrorism, India has launched a ground breaking policy termed “Operation Sindoor” as a cornerstone of its defence policy, the Indian ambassador to Zimbabwe Bramha Kumar has announced.
Speaking on the latest developments, Kumar exclusively told NewsDay that the strategy signals the emergence of the MODI Doctrine, aimed at decisively reshaping how India confronts security threats.
The policy came in response to increased terror attacks on India with the latest being by Pakistani-trained terrorists, who killed 26 civilians in Kashmir last month.
