Hyatt Regency revamps hotel to target long-stay market

HYATT Regency Harare The Meikles is undertaking a major refurbishment programme covering its public spaces, conferencing facilities and accommodation as it seeks to strengthen its appeal to corporate travellers and long-stay guests.

The three-phase renovation included upgrades to public areas, event facilities and guest accommodation, director of sales Nyasha Mandihimbira said during a media tour on Thursday.

The latest phase involved extensive refurbishment of the south wing, which was closed between September and October 2024.
