Harare migrates to new billing system

HARARE City Council says it has migrated to a new billing system after the local authority failed to pay for a controversial and highly-criticised BIQ billing system, prompting Quill Associates, the South African system developer, to terminate its services.

In a statement issued over the weekend, council now has engaged Enterprise Resource Planning system for its bills.

“Bill printing is currently underway and we expect all customers to receive their April bills this week.
