Harare lawyer  arrested for theft of trust property 

Prominent lawyer Joseph Mandizha of Mandizha and Company Legal Practitioners appeared at the Harare Magistrates Court this Friday facing theft of trust property and money laundering charges after he allegedly converted a client’s US$1, 333 342 to own use.

Mandizha was arrested alongside his secretary Ranganayi Tigere. Magistrate Marehwanazvo Gofa remanded them in custody for bail application on Monday.
