Harare councillors demand billboard adverts revenue

HARARE City Council could be losing millions in potential revenues from billboard advertising because of lack of appropriate accounting procedures.

City fathers fumed during a full council meeting on Monday over lack of transparency regarding revenue generated from the billboards.

Councillors Denford Ngadziore asked management to provide proof of revenue generated from advertising billboards across the city.
