Harare City Council appoints substantive human capital director 

HARARE City Council (HCC) has appointed Jabulani Duve as its substantive human capital director.

Mayor Jacob Mafume confirmed Duve’s appointment this Thursday, praising his exceptional performance while holding the post in an acting capacity since last year.

Mafume also commended Duve for successfully managing the council’s human capital department, which manages a workforce of approximately 10 000 employees – one of the largest wage bills in the country.
