Gweru family dies in house fire

GWERU- A Lundi Park couple and their one-year old daughter were burnt to death after their apartment caught fire in the early hours of Thursday.

Midlands Provincial police spokesperson, Inspector Joel Goko confirmed the incident and said police details were still ascertaining the cause of
the fire.

Sketchy details from witnesses reveal that an electrical fault is suspected to have ignited the fire, which engulfed the apartment before the family could get out.
