Guvamombe seeks relaxed bail conditions

Suspended chief magistrate Mishrod Guvamombe, who is facing criminal abuse of office charges, yesterday filed an application for permanent release of his passport.
Appearing before Harare magistrate Bianca Makwande, Guvamombe also filed an application for relaxation of his bail conditions.
His lawyer Jonathan Samukange told the magistrate that he would file a written application and the State, represented by Brian Vito, said it will respond after perusing the written application.
