Guard threatens to shoot Messenger of Court

There was chaos in Kwekwe when a guard and some workers at Techmate Engineering threatened to shoot the Messenger of Court who had attached property at the company premises last Friday.

Messenger of Court Energy Pedzera and his team had just attached two Mazda T35 trucks, a Volvo horse with trailer and two D4D Toyotas at the company premises in Kwekwe when all hell broke loose.

Workers at the company which is involved in mining closed the gate and refused to let Pedzera leave with the property which had been attached over a $34 005 debt owed by the company to Tongogara Rural District Council.
