Golfer Gondo leaves for South Africa

BULAWAYO Golf Club professional golfer Brian Gondo leaves the country on Friday to take part in the R600 000 Telkom PGA Pro-Am competition set for Centurion Country Club in South Africa from January 23-25.

Gondo yesterday told NewsDay Sport that he was confident he would do well in the competition.

“I am flying out of the country for South Africa on Friday morning to take part in my first competition of the year.
