Ex-CIO boss’ widow arrested

THE widow of the late Central Intelligence Organisation deputy director-general Livingston Maynard Muzariri was yesterday arrested for alleged estate fraud.

Esther Muzariri was briefly detained and released after her warned and cautioned statement was recorded.
