DJ Munya, Mutodi relief applications dismissed

PROVINCIAL magistrate Tendai Mahwe yesterday dismissed two separate applications for refusal of further remand filed by businessman-cum-musician Energy Mutodi and popular Star FM DJ Munyaradzi Milimo.

The two men, who were represented by their lawyers, had each made an application to be removed from remand arguing they had religiously attended court over a long period of time without being informed of their trial dates.
