Date set for CAB3 ConCourt challenge

HARARE, Apr. 14 (NewsDay Live) – The Constitutional Court (ConCourt) has set May 20 as the date for the hearing in a high-stakes case in which a group of war veterans represented by lawyer Lovemore Madhuku, is seeking to block proposed constitutional amendments that could extend President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s rule to 2030.

A seven-member ConCourt bench will hear the matter.
