Church joins empowerment bandwagon

The Brethren In Christ Church (BICC) has roped in three Cabinet ministers to its “men-only” economic empowerment seminar to be held in Bulawayo next week.

BICC assistant pastor-in-charge of men, Hloniphani Ndlovu, told NewsDay yesterday the seminar was aimed at enlightening men on economic opportunities available in the country.

“We are planning an economic empowerment business workshop at Brethren In Christ Church Lobengula on the 19th of May whose theme is ‘Economic Empowerment’,” Ndlovu said.
