Chiweshe apologises for Pasuwa attack

FORMER Dynamos coach Elvis “Chuchu” Chiweshe has hailed Kalisto Pasuwa after he lifted the Premiership crown for the second year running.

Chiweshe, now coaching Botswana’s Gaborone United, apologised to the Dynamos coach for his attack on him this year when he said he questioned the former DeMbare midfielder’s readiness to preside over the Harare giants.

But Chiweshe was proved wrong as Pasuwa and his assistant Tonderai Ndiraya successfully defended the Castle Lager Premier Soccer league title ahead of rivals from Bulawayo, whom they piped on goal difference after both teams finished on 69 points.
