Chitungwiza Hospital sued over $8000 payment

A LOCAL construction company, Best Solutions Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd, has sued Chitungwiza Central Hospital for breach of contract after the latter failed to pay $8 814 for the renovation of its toilets.

Both parties appeared before Chitungwiza magistrate Marehwanazvo Gofa for a pre-trial conference on Friday.

Best Solutions was represented by Harare lawyer Takesure Thondlanga of Thondlanga and Associates.
