Chigumbura appointed Takaz head coach

FORMER Zimbabwe captain Elton Chigumbura has been appointed head coach of Takashinga Cricket Club for the four-match T20 series against the Uganda national team starting  on Sunday in Highfield, Harare.

The  next matches wil be on November 14, 15 and 19 and afterwards, Uganda will square off against Zimbabwe U-25 Select side in two day and night matches next weekend.

The former all-rounder and hard hitter of the game retired from international cricket in November 2020 after an eventful and glittering career spurning for 16 years.
