Cheetahs struggle in Cape Town

Zimbabwe’s Sevens Rugby team had a tough time at the inaugural Cape Town Sevens, after ending their campaign without a win from matches they played at the Cape Town Sevens on Saturday and yesterday.

The only none-core team taking part in the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series tournament, the Cheetahs lost their pool matches on Saturday against hosts South Africa (26-5), England (43-0) and Kenya (36-0).

Danny Hondo’s charges were then relegated to the Bowl quarterfinals, where they lost their match against Wales 21-12.
